Eric and Antoine Martel are father and son, who started flipping houses together when Antoine was still in college. In a few short years, they built a turnkey rental company and completed over 900+ real estate deals across the U.S., overseeing some $85M in total real estate transactions.
Their unique experience led them to create FlipSystem: to coach investors on the ins-and-outs of risk-averse real estate investing, all with the unmatched support and guidance of the Martels. Today, FlipSystem has grown into a 50+ person organization, with teams dedicated to property evaluation, tech development, and customer success.
